Travel Info I'm new to Boston. What should I visit? Travel Tips Everything just spend a day walking around Boston..going to the cambridge galleria. Others Get out now before its too late. The Acquarium,the Prudential building(sky walk)The Boston Public Library,The North End for great Italian food,Faneiul Hall market place.the Boston Common,the Boston Garden.The Museum of Science,The Omni Theatre.Use the public subway.It's the cheapest and most interesting way to get around the city.Wellcome!! Depend on your taste.. there are a lot of places to visit at Boston area and surrounds. For the people love to shop there is the Back Bay areas. And people like to learn some history there is the Freedom trails. And education there is always the Harvard Square, and MIT campus. So there is a lot of place to go. And for people like to eat there is always the Quincy Market. Spend a day walking around Harvard Square. The cost-zero. I would take a duck tour before you do anything. It will take you all around Boston and allow you to see all the tourist spots. You can write down things you see that you're interested in and go back later. Definitely take a tour of Fenway Park, it's only like $10 and it's really cool. While you're at Fenway, take a walk down Landsdowne St. and check out the bars and clubs. The Museum of Fine Arts is cool, it's got a great Egyptian section with nice stuff. Go to downtown crossing if you want inexpensive shopping. Check out the Prudential for some cool stores and it's good for a rainy day. Faneuil Hall is always busy and you can go right across the street to the North End from there. The best part about Boston is everything is walking distance, so just wonder around, and figure things out. Good luck! The top floor of the Prudential Building for the absolute best view of the city. Duck Tour (the booth is located on the ground floor of the Copley Square Mall. Freedom Trail. Drive through a little of South Boston to get a comparison of this part of Boston vs. the Back Bay. Union Oyster House for the best seafood anywhere, and a legendary restaurant. The main library, Boston Pops, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Fenway Park to see the Red Sox game, Museum of Fine Arts. |
