No at this time there is absolutely no plan to build another Fenway Park. The owners of the Red Sox have had great difficulty finding land in the city. They have made huge investments into the current park, including new seating on the right field roof, the green monster, and have just improved the food court area near left field. There is absolutely no plans to build a new park, and there hasn't even been a discussion to do so since a year or two after the new ownership took over.

I don't think so but they should. Fenway is too small and ticket prices are way to high. They should build something hugh so it won't be so hard to get tickets.
This has been discussed off and on for the last 30 years. So, if you are asking, are they buildig a new Fenwar Park," you see how much progress has been made.

You would be seeing dozens of articles in the paper, and seen much coverage on the news.
So far, they haven't even found a site to build on, if it ever gets done.
Well there are alot of people who want a new field. They are leaning towards building one like Safeco Field in Seattle which is the most modern (and expensive) ballpark ever built. Fenway has such a history though that I doubt they will ever do it. Shame.
