The beach, of course. Depending where on the Cape you are staying there are other options as well - whale watch, bike rentals, shopping, antiquing (on the old 6A), take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a day if you can. Hyannis is crazy, but has a great night life. Same goes for Provincetown, and it caters to alternate lifestyles (and has some of the best restaurants around!).
