Does anybody know of any cheap B&B's in Brighton? |
Travel Info I am going to Brighton on the 30th of May to 4th June with my mates and I need a cheap place to stay. As long as it itsn't too far from the beach and the city centre. I need two twin rooms. Travel Tips Brighton is not that cheap a place these days but there are some B&B's about 10 minutes walk from the action and 5 from the beach. The link to the most recent one I stayed in (it was then about 拢15 per night per person but that was a while ago) is below. It is still run by the same people, the decor is a bit garish from what I call and it is something of a steriotypical B&B. However, it was clean and fine to crash - they had some twin rooms. Whether there is space will probably depend if it clashes with a conference or school holidays. Other Travel Tips So, let me get this straight. You want to come to Brighton (I say 'come' because that's where I live) when the weather is just about perfect? You don't want to be too far from the beach? And you don't want to pay very much? Do me a favour, will you? Go to Margate. They will be pleased to take anyone - even mean people. Try St Christopher's Inn... It is right on the seafront and has fab sea views.. I live in Brighton and haven't stayed there, but it is a chain and I have stayed in London St Christopher's.. They're brill, really cheap and you get breakfast.. lots of traveling folk who are a god laugh, and a bar downstairs.. what more could you want (that's if they have availability)..
