Im visiting hastings in east sussex. is there a good sea front and fun fair or will i have to go to brighton? |
Travel Info has anyone got good places to visit while im there? thanks in advance Travel Tips Yes, I'm afraid Brighton is where the action is. You could check out the castle ruins in Hastings, or Battle, where the battle was in 1066. Or the wonderful beach at Seven Sisters which is between Brighton and Hastings. Beachy Head is pretty amazing too. Others Hastings is ok but brighton is better for nightlife etc if you want a really nice sandy beach try camber its not far from hastings weather permitting! Where has the summer gone? full of junkies and pensioners, go brighton There used to be a fantastic fish and chip shop just past the pier. The old town is quaint. erm. I live in brighton, and its great. But for kids amusement Eastbourne is good and nearer! To be totally honest I have to say Hastings was the most boring place I have ever been!Please rethink going there-you have been forewarned!! Hi, Skip Hastings and go straight to Brighton - not much to do in Hastings and some areas are awful!! |
