It's a nice city... has everything that most people need without being too much of a rat race. It does get cold in winter, in fact can be a bit chilly even at other times. Then again, it depends where you're comparing it to... it's cold by Queensland standards anyway, which is overall a fairly warm state.
It can get hot in summer at times too, but never really unbearable.

Fan.bloody..tastic.Nice open fires in the winter[really cold] warm in summer but with being so high above sealevel it evens itself out.Great gardens and soil,friendly country people plenty of work. Just the right place to live

Toowoomba is a lovely place to visit in the spring. Unfortunately like many other places in Australia it has very little water left so the trees and gardens are dying.
Its very nice. My sister lives there but there is one or two problems

To Cold in winter

to hot in summer!!!!

Otherwise its a nice place to live. I honestly would not live there myself
Very hot in Summer, very cold in Winter, usually lovely in Spring, but we are having a big drought here at the moment and it is dry, dry dry
