Same as you would pack as if you are going to any vacation place in Singapore. The weather is warm right now till June so pack light, you can buy almost anything you need there including good sunscreen for your toddler. G'DAY

Light cool clothing and plenty of sunscreen if you plan on frequenting the beach.
Most importantly is sunscreen and hat. Our sun gets extremely hot here. Add a good moisturiser too
