Help anyone who is from bristol?

i am thinking of going out in Bristol for my 21st
is it a good place to party and where is the best place to stay for a night that is also cheap and close to the town centre

depends what sort of night out your looking for? there are'nt many really decent places to party in bristol, as most of the decent places are in the suburbs. But failing that, if you want muppets galore you could try Oceana on the waterfront, or somewhere full of pissed up kids try The Syndicate in nelson street?. If you like varied music and 80's etc, you can go to Panache around the corner from syndicate, or Reflex in baldwin street, but depending on what night it is, you could end up going to snog-a-dog night. As regards to somewhere to stay cheaply, there is'nt anywhere. the travellodge is probably the best idea, but failing that just find a nice doorway that does'nt stink of piss, as thats what most people do!!
