When is the best time to visit Argentina (want to go for 3 or 4 weeks) and where should i definately go?

in november the jacaranda trees bloom and it's a beautiful sight. as far as where you should go, definitely explore buenos aires, the paris of the south. then, it depends on what you like. iguaz煤 falls in the north, deserts in the northwest (very colorful), mountains and pristine lakes to the west, patagonia to the south, but if you're looking for beaches, best go in january to punta del este in uruguay (45 mins. by plane from b.a.). oh, and argentina is very cheap if you have dollars or euros. enjoy it! |
