Hi. Probably between March and June. It's not so hot, not so much rain, out of hurricane season (Aug - Nov) and Mexican people don't vacation except for the week of Easter and the week before. Hope this helps.

All year is nice, except for Agust and September where is very hot and humid, but even at that time, is very good fishing and big waves to surf.
January to March the water is cold but is whale watching season.
Probably for me November is the best weather.
Just look for a scuse, any time is great!!!
