Travel Tips Hi, it depends a lot of what you are interested to do, San Jose del Cabo is a very small town with beutiful beaches and a relaxed enviroment, good restaurants and little shops and night life with bars, cabo san lucas is more crowded more like a party city, a big mall, party on the beach night life with rock, hip hop, mambo and everythin, but either you stay in san jose or cabo san lucas you can go from one to another by bus with only $2usd. If you are a spring breaker is better to be in cabo if you are looking for rest and relax stay in the beautiful town of san jose del cabo www.allaboutcabo.com I stayed in Cabo San Lucas at the Riu Palace and it was fantastic. There is plenty to do as you are very close to town and the Arch. It's all great though. I agree with Chris. San Lucas is much more hectic and harder to find a parking space downtown but there is more to see there. San Jose is a bit smaller and quieter but since they are only about 10 miles apart you can catch the bus at the highway to go to the other city pretty cheaply. But, if you visit San Jose around the second week of March it's their annual San Jose festival and the entire downtown practically triples in size with various temporary booths, shops, restaurants etc. |
