You may consider taking the executive bus in downtown San Jose, 200 pesos, but only 24 seats with air and TV, better than first class seats on airplanes. Any option will take you about 2 hours to Todos Santos. If you rent a car, take Highway 1 to Cabo San Lucas, about 45 minutes. Before the entrance to town, take the right turn to Highway 19 to Todos Santos and La Paz, drive for about 45 minutes more, and there you are, at the Magical Town of Todos Santos.
