Cabo is at the tip of the Baja California peninsula. It is going to have great temperatures, same latitude as Hawaii and the Bahamas, most of the year. That time fram is the hurricane season for the Gulf, but not necessarily the Pacific. You rarely hear of storms there.

September is most like to have a hurricane or be close by.
Great time for surf and fishing, but is hot and humid.
Last week of October the temperature change dramatically, less humidity, still hot but nicer.
Also is Bisbee's Black and Blue Marlin tournament. It cost $5,000 just to get in, but over 2,000,000 in prices.
