Travel Info What's the deal on getting into the Cabo Wabo 10/13 for the party? Travel Tips It's free, however the tickets are given away starting at about 8am in the morning of 10/13 (at the Cabo Wabo). People usually camp all night to get in. If you want to go, you should plan on camping out. Unfortunately for the regulars, it's gotten so popular that it's become a pain in the ***. Just a note, the birthday bash is usually the fourth or fifth show he plays that week and it's usually the worst (musically speaking) b/c Sam is wasted and it's more sloppy and loose. That said, it is a fun party. Sammy's been making it progressively harder and harder for scalpers to get in. I wouldn't be surprised if it changed again soon and you had to be there in ordder to have wristband put on you...currently you can get two per person. Others Livin' It Up !!! The key is to be there early -- as you know, it is Sammy's big birthday bash -- held every year. Redheads go there just for that so the demand to get in is high. Some folks save all year just to be at the 10-13 bash. It's worth it -- it is a fun time......down in Cabo. First come, first served, be there very very early, unless you are Samy麓s best friend. |
