I live in Cabo and I can tell you that it will be warm with some cool breeze.
On the night it could be cold but the whole day is warm. San Jose is warmer than San Lucas. Source(s): my self

I went in mid-November and the weather was really nice. The sun was warm and the breeze was cool..

I sometimes wear a sweater and jeans at night. It's very warm in the day. The ocean can be a bit chilly but I don't mind it.
