Since you have no answers I'll say a little something. In Mexico RIU is know for their beautiful hotels, none of them are okay, they are all big and beautiful. I've never been to the one in Cabo, but all the ones I've seen are great and blow me away. Never saya junior suite but I've seen a normal room and it was nice, so i imagine a junior suite. The RIU is a spain company not know for their average hotels, they are all big and beautiful.
