Which is better for a senior trip? Cabo, Cancun, or Aruba? |
Travel Info We want somewhere nice but that has a good nightlife, decent prices, and nice beaches. Travel Tips Cabo is more "fun" for seniors...but be careful. Cancun can be pretty pricey, but fun as well. Aruba? Avoid Aruba. Remember Natalie Holloway? Aruba does not deserve a dime of your tourist money. Cozumel - great diving, snorkeling, and beaches. But could be slightly boring for a senior trip. Others Avoid all three of those choices.Try the Canary Islands instead.Wonderful cruises abound and its safer than Cabo,Cancun or Aruba. We've been to Cabo and Cancun and love both. I think there's more to see in Cabo, fishing, sightseeing, walking downtown, snorkeling and more. We go to Cancun every year but we like to go for 2 weeks and relax. The weather in Cabo is great in the Spring but the ocean water doesn't warm up until April/May/June. Do not go in the summer, way too humid! Make sure you go to a travel agent and get a nice all-inclusive, preferably on Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach down there. The Sea of Cortez is way too rough to swim in. Enjoy!! Cozumel is more of a family resort, so I would suggest Cancun, it's a huge party. Playa Del Carmen was fun also. I think you should go to Cancun its really a nice place and a better place for a senior trip.Oh and it has everything you are saying well i dont know about the decent prices but about the goodlife and the nice beaches its really nice.The ocean its not dirty like others this ocean is really blue. |
