Is Cabo is good place to vacation for people in their 40's? |
Travel Info Please let me know what you liked or disliked about it Travel Tips Hola! Cabo is perfect for any age group!!! That is because it is also known as the Los Cabos area and is divided into 3 distinct parts: the town of Cabo San Lucas, the Corridor, and the town of San Jose del Cabo. I usually recommend the corridor or san jose del cabo for people 40+ because it is not as wild and spring break crazy as cabo san lucas can be. Staying at any of the resorts you can be as pampered or do as many activities as you like. You can also drive around to sightsee, or just stay at your resort and have a great time. Restaurants are great, there is a bit of nightlife at the resorts as well as the little town of san jose del cabo. If you feel like you want kick up your heels with the younger crowds, then you can make your way into cabo san lucas to any of the nightclubs. Activities outside the resorts are numerous, but you can also opt to sit by a pool with a good book and a drink and enjoy. We don't want your kind here... Of course cabos has everything for everybody Yes you'd enjoy it, but you might enjoy San Jose del Cabo as much, or more. Cabo San Lucas is very much a tourist destination, with all the trappings. Don't get me wrong it's fun, beautiful, with lots of activities. You should be sure to sample the nightlife, too. San Jose is more laid back and much less "touristy". It's the government seat so it's a place where Mexicans live and work. I like to say that Cabo is for kids and San Jose is for grownups. I'm over 40 and live in San Jose del Cabo. |
