Where in Baja should I move? I'm thinking Cabo San Lucas, but I'm open to suggestions.? |
Travel Info I'm picking up and moving at the end of the week. I have expierence on boats, bars, and am almost done with my degrees in Finance and Accounting. I need a place to work, live safely, and enjoy my life. I am open to any suggestions. If anyone has any travel advice, I would love to hear it as well. Travel Tips You don't say how old you are. There is a page about not retiring in Cabo San Lucas that I'll put in the resource box below. Personally, I would not live there, either. Todos Santos and Cabo San Jose are more authentic. Check out a few places before buying anywhere. Utilities there are a nightmare -- not for tourists, but for local people. And if you live there, you will be a local person. When you go, read the English newspapers -- most places have them -- and talk to local people. Ask specific questions, not, "Should I move here?" So beautiful and laidback, right on the edge of the world with nothing but the blue Pacific stretching out endlessly before you... good luck. Enjoy it! Cabo is nice and so are other parts of mexico,but why would u wanna live and work in mexico.well,for me to go and do what u wanna do,the citys for me would be Monterrey Mexico,theirs alot of money their,good bussiness city,then it would be Guadalajara Mexico,the same thing as above....but Monterrey beats it by far,and their both nice places to live! Theirs pros and cons to everything... Monterrey has hot weather in summer and cold in the winter... guadalajara has nice weather,in the summer it is some what hot and it also rains alot...their is no winter.. guadalajara beats Monterrrey in the waether department but not the bussiness side.
