Travel Tips I would go through the people that rented you the place you are staying. They often know of someone. I wouldn't go through the internet. Most of the travelling chefs work on the yachts most of the time, but they do contract out. I know of a guy in San Jose named Tad (Chapman). He runs El Tulipan and Habaneros, and he might do some contract work. Others Your best bet would be to eat out at a nice restaurant. There are very few "private chefs" anywhere, and even fewer that can be trusted. |
