Is it possible to go to Lovers Beach in Cabo? |
Travel Info What is the best way to go? What about the tides? Are there times we shouldn't go. We are going to Cabo next week. Travel Tips There are boat shuttles that come and go often - best thing to do is book a ticket at your hotel, as many of them offer a discount - they will give you a voucher that you take to the beach where you can climb aboard the shuttle. You can certainly check the tides and aim for low tide, but more importantly, look at the weather - or fishing report - to pick a day with calmer seas. Sometimes the water is really rough there and other times it is great. Also remember that lover's beach and widow's beach are together - Lover's Beach is on the sea-side but you can walk straight over to Widow's Beach on the Pacific side - and don't swim on the Pacific side as the name is well-earned. The little boat shuttles will also take you past Land's End since it's right there. Lastly, there are no bathrooms nor food services at Lover's Beach so bring what you need and "go" before you go! I will be there at the end of June - this will be our 4th year going. Hope you love it as much as we do! |
