Hola! Oh my gosh there is so much to do in cabo I can't even start. I would list the following for an 8 year old:

1. swim with the dolphins
2. ATV the sand dunes
3. Zip line over an arroyo
4. Snorkel and feed fish at Santa Maria or Chileno
5. Boogy board or learn how to surf at costa azul
6. Participate in all the beach activities on medano beach.
7. if you can afford it, take a helicopter or ultralight trip.
8. Horseback ride on the beach
9. Get picture taken with iguana or baby tiger
10. Ask your resort what they feature-- alot of the all inclusives have kids clubs.
