Travel Info where can I hideaway during the Stampede circus??? Travel Tips You need to shift your focus. The Stampede is not about being or becoming a cowboy, nor mingling with them. It's all about the cowgirls -- in jeans and cowgirl boots. No need to hide from that. Others Come up to Edmonton of course, I'm surprised you don't live here! go to banff. hang out with the chinese for awhile, lol. Calgary has the largest rodeo in the world. why would you not want to see it? And besides you don't have to be a cowboy to live in cowtown. Where did you hide last year? LOL I am living in Toronto, but from a small town in Northern Alberta. I miss the praries, so dont hide, just enjoy it. Definitely go to Banff....so much to do there and if you don't want to do anything, just hang out and take in the beauty of the river or go to Lake Louise. Heck, take a picnic lunch. You won't regret it. I have traveled all over North America and this is probably my favorite area. the stampede i wish i could go there never been but sound and looks awsome |
