I was told that it is closing sometime within the year...is this true? Becuase with all this hype of the prince coming in i am sure that they are looking to stay.

The Penny Lane company that owns it has lost some of its other property recently, to high rise development, so they may either get out of the real estate business entirely (unlikely) or hang on to what they have left.
