Travel Info I just moved to Canada from the US. Why does it seem that all Canadians say "eh" after every question or comment,"eh"?? ha! Where did this derive from? Travel Tips What the hell you talkin about! EH! We don't do that, eh. It is like the way the americans use huh. It's filler and it can be used to express certain things...you just have to get used to it. Eh. Others Why don't you ask a Canadian? i think all Canadians say eh cause its part of the accent or maybe they have been programed to do so by alien teachers. maybe they are a little deaf and need you to repeat what you said. either way i,m sure not all of them do because i got a friend who's Canadian and she does not sat eh at all. It's the Canadian version of the American huh??? |
