As far as the DUI goes, you can be arrested for it at the border. I suggest that you go to the area that it happened and get them to expunge that from your record. Then go to the Canadian consulate and double check with them to make sure that it has been removed from your record. There is nothing worse then being arrested at the beginning of your holidays.
