Do you need a passport to drive from the US to Canada and back? |
Travel Info I have been to canada before and didn't need a passport, but it's been a few years and I am wondering if they have changed anything. Other Travel Tips no, all you need is a ID like berth certificate but a pasport can be used If you are just visiting like a tourist going to see the falls, I don't think so. Things are probably more strict since 9 11. Yes. I'm pretty sure you do. I drove from USA to Canada and back in 2000 and needed my passport. heck no, all the time my friends drive over the border because the bar there doesn't check ID's, they do it like every weekend. |
