Does any one know what the rule on a single parent with full custody is on entering Canada? |
Travel Info The dad isn't in picture he is a dead beat dad Travel Tips No different than the states , as long as the father is told and known where the new location of his son may be even if it is in canada. So he must be told that first and agree to it. Deadbeat or not his child and legally hasnt handed over sole custody of the child and hasnt given up his rights so ya he must be aware of it first .If not immigration will contact him irregardless |
