Where is the best location to buy a house in the city of Red Deer, Alberta?

Red Deer is a small town between Calgary and Edmonton
the college is a big thing and Sylvan Lake
in the winter the college kids keep the bars busy and in the summer everybody is at the lake

Red Deer is a boom town right now if cost is very important to you I would suggest looking at blackflads to the north, if its not and your in to parting and being close to everything right in red deer its not to big that you can get from one end of te city to the other in a few min, if your looking for something beatiful and nice sylvian lake to the west beatiful town with a really nice lake. real party town in the summer
