I will be visiting Calgary for the first time very soon. Since I now have the oppourtunity to move there, what are some things I should definitely check out to get a good feel for the city?

Calgary is a great place; I have lived there and miss it terribly. Best things about it are it's proximity to the mountains (about an hour) and the Stampede.

well ive been there and i must say i was very unsatisfied it.
it was dirty and seemed to be full of extremly bitter people. i think they were bitter because they were not living in America
visited for 3 weeks, nice place but wouldnt want to live there, very cold people.
