What Canadians said prostitution isn't legal?? You and they are very miss-informed. Or was it some cop trying to keep that myth alive. It's been about 30 years with the same laws.

what is against the law in Canada is:

1)Soliciting in public (public selling)
2) pimping
3) Prostitution involving a minor
4) Running a whore house (might as well say you are pimping and public selling)

there are others, but those are the main ones.

Escorts is a fine line as it can run into #2&4. Unless the fee is for the escort service and any deal beyond that for sex is between the customer and client. LOL...they are selling their company (a date). Yeah they will sleep with you, but you have to be the one to initiate the money for sex thing. As long as they do not proposition you, they cover themselves legally.
