Im in Calgary for 3 hours or so?

My Bus has a stop there for 3 hours...what is there in, around or close to the Greyhound terminal that I could go to, to make use of this time and to make it go faster?

Even a popular place to eat where i can chill for an hour or so would be good.

The closest thing is the Science centre. Good for taking the kids if they're with you. Otherwise catch a train from the closest station (about 3 blocks east on 7th ave, Greyhound even offers a free shuttle) and ride the train free anywhere in downtown. Then get off at the retail complexes at 4th street and you can even go through the plus 15 mall, nearly anywhere in downtown.

Well the bus station is just a short walk to Down Town... with that amount of time, I would grab a map and treak over to the science centre for a couple hours of kid fun. That or just stroll till you find a cafe. Just make sure you leave yourself enough time to get back.
