Anyone have tips for cancun vacation? |
Travel Info I'm leaving for Cancun on Oct 14th. Does anyone have any tip's on things to pack that a person might forget. Or any other tips I would appreciate it!! Other Travel Tips try to visit some Maya temples, that's quite more interesting than staying on the beach with drunk people and and than meeting only other tourists. Go to Chitzen Itza, Tulum and other beautiful and very interesting sites. One thing that is important that many people forget is insect repellant! Also sunscreen(duh!) :-) AND if you are going to an all inclusive resort, definitely pack a large, insulated mug. The bartenders will fill your mug and then you don't have to get up as often to get drinks... When are on your way out of the airport in Cancun there will be people handing out booklets called "Cancun Tips". They are full of info and coupons for lots of attractions in the area. Take one of those. I agree with the previous posts, sunblock, insect repellent and go see some ruins, Chichen Itza is impressive. |
