My boyfriend wants to go to cancun im only 17 but i dont want to wait until summer will i get carded? |
Travel Info like if we go during spring break and i am only 17 will there be a problem for me to drink i dont want to go against the laws but also i want to have a good time and not have to wait until summer Travel Tips They don't card people! You can pretty much do whatever you want. But they have certain bars that you have to be like 30 or over which I think you could care or less about! I think you should go an enjoy you self there. It is very nice there. Just be-careful and don't do something you will regret! Others Been there 3 times. Never once saw them card anyone. Have a ball! i went to mexico in april, not cancun but cozumel, and you'll be happy to learn that there is no drinking age in mexico. though i dont recommend you get drunk in cancun, because of all the crime and predators that are there. maybe have one or two drinks, but you can have a good time just by the awesome atmosphere of music, dancing, and the beaches! Anyone under 17 cannot travel alone without the parents' consent and/or supervision. You will have to go through the proper channels. Wait until you are old enough. If he really cares about you, then you will figure some other place to go. You will get carded yes. But see being able to drink or not doesn't determine if you will have a good time.
