me and some girlfriends are going to cancun next July for 5 days. How much spending money should I take?

when i went i took 250. but make sure to transer your money into pesos considering some shops don't accept USD. ($1.00 = 100 pesos approx.)

The question should not be how much to take it should be how much can you afford to take. I know somethings are prety cheap, but you have to remember you are going to a tourist spot, the best way to go is figurehow many people you want to buy gifts for then decide on how much you can afford to spend on each person and go from ther.
