Has anyone stayed at the Blue Bay Getaway (the adults only resort) in Cancun? |
Travel Info It's the one advertised as adults only (21+) just wanted an idea of if it's geared more towards couples. I'm just a single guy looking to have fun don't want to be stuck around just couples the whole time. I wouldn't mind good and bad information or other ideas if you've been to Cancun as far as places to stay. Definately looking all inclusive but nothing too extravagant Travel Tips its right on the water...next to a charter business that runs all day taking divers and tourists out to the Isle of Mujeres. The beach is not quiet or private, very small and the water has a lot of gas and oil in it from the motor boats. It is close to the night life. Yes, its always the cheapest on the price sheets ... you get what you pay for! The beaches in Mexico are open to anyone, if you don't like the beach in front of your hotel you can walk down the beach with your towel and park it anywhere. If you want to go sight seeing a bus will pick you up from any hotel. Others Are you going with a group of guys or by yourself? You don't have to stay at the resort the whole time you are there Cancun is party city during feb/march/april spring break is different everywhere and everyone goes to Cancun. If you don't want to be around kids this would be ideal but if you don't mind kids and don't want to be around just a bunch of couples then maybe another resort would be ideal like the Grand Oasis giving you access to all the other Oasis properties! THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE PART OF THEM. GOOD FOOD, GREAT GETAWAY CAST, CLEAN. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET HOOKED UP WITH SOMEONE THATS THE PLACE TO DO IT. |
