When going to Cancun, should I see my doc. 1st? What medicines should I bring and what foods should I avoid? |
Travel Info Also, how much money should I bring for food, suveniers, and activities? Can anyone recommend things to do out there?? Thanks!! Travel Tips I always take some of my own bottled water... Make sure you eat in good restraunts, if staying in an all inclusive, should hav no problem with the food. My 20 yr old daughters loved swimming with the dolphins aT Dolphin Discovery. I even bought the DVD, something they had always wanted to do.. for the best rates: www.travelgetaways4less.com wholesale travel rates, major airlines, hotels, car rentals etc MOST OF ALL: HAVE A GREAT TRIP! TRULY BEAUTIFUL Source(s): WEBSITE Other Travel Tips No shots like that are needed. I do recommend taking Imodium or pepto. DO NOT drink the water from the tap. Avoid fresh vegetables that are washed in the water. Eat only fruit you can peel. I have been there 6 times did get sick once. Drink the water. http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/cools... Cancun and its hotel zone are like an extension of Miami. There's no dangerous diseases or thinks like that. I strongly recomend you to drink bottled water [there are several brands, like Cristal and Bonafont, which are produced by international companies, such as Coca Cola, and are perfectly save to drink]. If you're not used to strong and or strange flavors, avoid typical food, for it is quite rich in spices, besides, there will always be a McDonald's near by. There are a millon thinks to do in Cancun and surrounding areas, but Xcaret, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Xel Ha are places you MUST know. Hope it helps. I live in Cancun |
