Any info on Moon Palace Spa & Resort?

My wife and I stayed at the Moon Palace a few years ago and loved it. Can't say what it's like right now with the rebuilding and everything. If you check some of the review sites you are going to find people that hated it and people that loved it. We personally did not see any of the things that some people complain about except the seaweed on the beach. This didn't matter much to us anyway since the pool and surrounding area is huge. That is where most folks hung out. In fact the whole grounds are huge. You can walk for an hour or two and never hit the same place twice. They have enough things going on there that you never have to leave the resort if you don't want to. We took the trip to Chichen Itza and enjoyed it. There is so much food of all types that you will not get bored with it. One thing we noticed is there seems to be more ocean front rooms on the Nijuc side as opposed to the Sunrise side. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and want to return sometime.

Weather will be hot and humid, but nice. Moon Palace is on the Southern End of Cancun....closer to Riveria Maya......a bit away from the action. It is a nice resort, but not as nice as Cancun Palace. A variety of things to do........too many to mention......contact the front desk for information about the many things to do when you arrive at the hotel. They have someone there just for that. Have a great trip.....you will never be bored.
