Good bars in Cancun? |
Travel Info My husband and I are going to Cancun for a week in February. Does anyone know of some good bars to go to. We are staying in the hotel zone. We are looking for places that aren't so crowded (NOT CLUBS). Travel Tips oh cancun. lots of place are crowded. well, maybe february wont be tooo bad. if you dont want crowded, stay AWAY from coco bongos and daddy os and the city. they are ridiculously crowded. more of clubs. go to jimmy buffet's margaritaville, fat tuesdays, definitely check out senor frogs and the place right across the street from senor frogs (i forget what its called). the "party zone" is in the corner of the hotel zone where the north/south and east/west strips meet. look at any map of the area, and you know what im talking about. you should go there one night. you can always jump around from place to place. also, many hotels and resorts have discounts for the groups, so ask the entertainment or lobby people. have fun and be safe. Other Travel Tips try daddyos but if you dont want a big crowd there are a lot of smaller places around the bigger clubs.many offer 2 for 1 44 oz mexican beers for $2.most resorts have several bars onsite that will be good and are included in the allinclusive package. We also went in Feb- It was the best time Light crowds- We did the party hopper...It was $70 apiece but so much fun- All drinks included and transportation (if you need it) and a guide- I loved Carlos & Charlies :) |
