Noo... alcohol is really really cheap for american ppl cause is about half of the price is it in there... mmm let me give some prices ok?
Corona (beer): 3 dllrs
Whisky: You can find some for like 20 dllrs
Tequila is about: 15 dllrs or even less is not that expensive, so maybe if you go to a club yes is kinda of the same, but if you go to a liquor store it is less expensive, you can even find in liquor stores six packs for 6 dllrs... so you need to look for the best deals but have fun!

i think in cancun is gonna be kinda expensive. it depends where you buy it. try tequila !!! hehehe Jimador is ok. You can mix it with grapefruit soda, lime, salt and done !!
Very cheap. Also do the all inclusive so you dont have to worry about convenience. Do the party hopper or a booze cruise as well. Itll be 50 or 60 bucks and you get all you can drink at 5-6 bars. AWESOME!
