How long does it take to get a passport so I can go to Cancun? |

Others same time as it takes to get a passport to go to anywhere. a passport is a passport, there isn't a special one for cancun. wow you should go get it soon. you can get one at your post office. make sure you take everything they ask for and you may have to pay extra to put a rush on it. Roughly 6-8 weeks. You can get it expedited if you prove there's an emergency and are willing to pay quite a bit more. I could see in maybe 2, but start today. A passport usually takes about six weeks, but sometimes it is faster. However, you can ask for RUSH service, it will cut down to 2-3 weeks. Check will your local post office for forms, and get the pictures taken. The faster you turn in the faster it will come.... Happy Anniversary! I don't know if you can make that.
