Hotel riu caribe cancun...don't go?

it's ok, but if you get sick because the food you had in the restaurants from the hotel, they don't take any responsabilities. my husband got sick with the fish that he ate, just they suggested go to the doctor. you have to pay to see him 100 USD.
what a f????

This could be a one of as I've been there several times and never had that happen, sorry to hear it did, RIU has the most outstanding customer service, now that you are back I would suggest contacting the RIU resorts customer service http://www.riu.com, any issue's I've had they clear up, apologize and offer me free nights for next time.
