Others At the bars, where all the beer, is! Down town for sure. Take the city bus for 25 Cents or take the taxi. There is lots of clubs and a Hard Rock there. Never pay full price for anything you buy, the culture there expects bartering. If the guy starts at $10 for a hat...you can probably get it for $2..just walk away and act like you don't want it and they will run after you and beg you to name your price. senor frogs |
