What are some bars/clubs that are not in the hotelzone area and that have a "mexican' attitude to them? Preferably these bars should be a bit low-key.

visit Avenida Yaxchil谩n, where you will find many restaurants and bars. There are locals there for sure and a mix of tourists alike. If you want a bit more of a local flavor then head over a block east to Palapas Park. There are many food stands, a few restaurants and plenty of local folks. Head over to Andador Tulipanes, a pedestrian walkway lined with more restaurants and bars, just off the east side of the park. |
