Travel Info For a family with two 10 year olds, where would you go? Park City, Utah for biking, hiking, and mountain activities, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, where else? Which is good, or any others? Travel Tips Honestly thats alot of places, you may want to repost under travel.........people will post their own experiences.....I see your post under Cancun and can't really compare it to all the other places.....all I can say is visit expedia.ca or tripadvisor.com etc for a diverse opinion in so many destinations. Good luck Others Aruba is great for everybody, and cheap. check it out. You can check into Barbados. For great tropical weather. One place I would recommend would be Massachusetts. Boston and vicinity is great, with plenty of outdoor activities and tour for energetic 10 year olds. The Freedom Trail is full of places they will know about from school as well as exciting "kid things" to do. And there is SO much to Boston, Gloucester and Salem. Plymouth and Cape Cod are also exciting and adventurous. The Mayflower, Plymouth Plantation, the Canal parks, whale watching tours, and plenty of places where they will feel comfortable while the grown-ups hit some of the best sport shopping (antique and 2nd hand shoppes) anywhere. Concord and Lexington, the Berkshires, Stourbridge Village... I'm a travel agent and I don't know your budget, interests, or activity level, but to help you with deciding you might want to look at Tauck Bridges Vacations (www.tauck-bridges.com. They are all-inclusive vacations that they do all over the world. They have some very interesting vacations in the US. Yankee Holidays (www.yankeeholidays.com) also offers package vacations around the US that include air, hotel and car. If you're looking for more active vacations there's Backroads (www.backroads.com), which does biking, hiking and more active vacations. These would be great companies to go to to just find one place that can plan everything for your family and take the stress out of planning. I've used them all and highly recommend them. If nothing else they should give you some great ideas for destinations and activities. You should give a try to Playa del Carmen, is beautiful, townish, completely safe and great for family activities...your choices are not so great for kids...but it is your option.
