What is the beach like at the casa magna marriot after beach reconstruction? |
Travel Info I heard that cancun's beach's were rebuilt. How are the beaches? I am going to cancun next week, and I'm a bit worried about the beach (it looks very small) I would like someone who has been to cancun in the past month to answer. Travel Tips There has been a lot of discussion regarding this beach and JW Marriot (next to each other)on trip advisor. I think they have solve the problem. Others how do you rebuild a beach? they are nice in some areas they drop off because of ersion This is far and away the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful: a huge lobby with lots of open space and everything looking out over the magnificent swimming pool and the Caribbean. All rooms have views of the Caribbean. The staff is uniformly friendly and very helpful. The beach is wonderful and the pool is large and beautiful. There is a swim up bar at the pool. Gustino's restaurant in the adjoining J. W. Marriott Hotel is the most beautiful restaurant we have ever been in. A winding staircase leads down into the restaurant. At the entrance there is a glass enclosed wine storage room. The seating area of the restaurant is a series of descending terraces. There are large windows with a view of the hotel pools and the Caribbean. At night the restaurant is lighted by huge candles arrayed on an enormous table. Very romantic. Excellent service. And the food was very good too! There is an outstanding breakfast buffet with a wide array of typical American and Mexican breakfast foods at the steak house in the Casa Magna. Service was sometimes slow for family members who wanted to forgoe the buffet and order off the menu. Would highly recommend this hotel. Wish I was there now! |
