Travel Info I was wondering when the best time to go to Cancun would be late May or middle of June, I can't decide? Travel Tips I go there so much and I gave up trying too plan around the weather, I would go buy price and not worry to much about it, it rains for a short period in most cases, then the sun is back out. Have fun =) Others It depends on how old you are. If you are young (relatively) and want to party, go in the middle of June. That's when everyone will be out of school and will head to those destinations to party. If you want a little more peace and quiet, go in May, as students may still be in school studying (hopefully) for their finals. Good luck. . i would pick May. Just don't go in August, too much humidity. Have fun!! I went in late May and there were still a lot of young adults there ( 18-22 ) A lot of high school senior trips and many colleges get out in early May - The weather was ok - very humid and did have 1 day of rain over the 5 days I was there Either month is good. Go when you can get the best deal. Just remember hurricane season starts June 1st. Here is a website that gives you many years history on previous weather for your dates.
