Travel Tips Do some awesome day trips like Xcaret, or Tulum, Join a group and do a day of deep sea fishing, check out Market 23 and 28 for great deals if you like to shop, you can even go visit Cozumel for the day, there is soooo much to do , check with your hotel when you arrive for some ideas, and you can find alot of info on this website. Have fun! http://www.cancun.com Others Take the bus to Playa del Carmen for the day. Have a wonderful lunch at Shanghai Restaurant & check out the ladies on the beach in the afternoon. If you haven't made hotel reservations yet; check out Mom's Hotel on 30th St in Playa. . . I travel alone all the time and have the time of my life. Forget your age and go where you want. Maybe check out some Eco Adventures if you want a thrill or two. I'm 40 and and female - it never stops me from having a great time. You will meet people just like yourself. You'll be surprised how many of us there are out there going it alone :-) If you are into the party scene, plenty of clubs, Coco Bongos, Daddy Rocks, Bull Dogs and Senior Frogs. If you are into excursions, try a snorkel excursion in Puerto Moreles. (Snorkel Adventure Tours) or take a ferry over to Isla Mujeres and rent a golf cart and tour the town, stop at Playa Norte for a swim, eat and explore. Bring $$ or pesos, they don't take credit cards. Visit one or both of the eco-parks Xel-Hal and Xcaret. Relax on the beach with a book. If you麓re traveling for culture there麓re several ruins If you want to meet people, and you want to stay in a smaller city, you better stay in Playa del Carmen which is about one hour ans half from Cancun |
