Travel Info Ok, I am going to Cancun for spring break and I need to know some fun places to do. I'm gonna go for a week. Plez help. Travel Tips Take a ferry over to Isla Mujeres, rent a golf cart, tour the island , swim with the dolphins at the national park (El Garrafon). Just bring $$ or pesos, no credit cards. Visit one of the Eco-Parks, Xcaret or Xel-Hal. Take a bus downtown for .65 cents and visit the market. Party? Welcome to Cancun! Seriously, I has more fun in Cancun in 1 day than I had in Hawaii for a week. No lie. Stay in the "Hotel Zone" hotels. Don't, I repeat, DON'T stay downtown. You can catch a bus to the downtown areas (bus rides up and down the Hotel Zone are an experience in themselves that no tourist should miss. It's better than a rollercoaster). If you haven't booked yet, you can find some good Cancun packages here: http://axalda.info/spring-break-cancun/s... Senor Frogs, and Carlos & Charlies, are fun places. Hard Rock Cafe for souveniors. Take the buses,only about 5 pesos, and they drop off almost anywhere. Lorenzillo's is a great restaurant. $$$$$. And everything from Pizza Hut to Denny's. And learn something about the country. Bullfights on Wednesday, and see Chichen Itza or Xel-Ha. And use PLENTY of sunscreen. I've seen too many kids with sun poisoing. |
