Has anyone stayed at the Solymar Beach Resort in Cancun, MX?

Any comments would be helpful. I'm going at the end of June

It's a 3 star resort. Right now it is getting mixed reviews.On trip advisor it's rating is #83 out of 157 resorts in popularity.

It is located a distance from the clubs and shopping but closer to the airport. Don't stress, .65 cents on the bus will take you up hotel zone or downtown.

It is a very nice place. I will not say super extra incredible but you will be fine. My boss lived there for about 2 years and though the monthly fee was astronomical the service was always the best, so, you go ahead and stay there, you will like it...Welcome to Cancun!!!
